This project highlights our ability to maximise site potential and navigate complex planning scenarios. Originally acquired with existing permissions for one bungalow and the renovation of a four-bedroom home, we identified an opportunity to expand the development footprint by acquiring adjacent unused garage land.

Through proactive design management and planning adjustments, we successfully secured approval for two additional bungalows, tripling the site’s initial density. Despite the operational challenges posed by COVID-19, our management team delivered the complete site within an exceptional nine-month timeframe.
